I am so short on time! Can I really do this?
Absolutely! My process is designed to be streamlined and clear, with expert guidance at every step. Your main responsibilities will be providing your content (copy and images) and giving feedback on the designs I create. I handle all the technical details, design work, and strategic decisions, guiding you through exactly what's needed and when.
How long does the whole process take?
The project happens in two phases. We start with the essential groundwork - getting your strategy clear, gathering your content, and mapping out the creative direction. Once everything's ready, you'll have a dedicated 3-week project slot where I focus solely on bringing your website to life. This two-phase approach ensures your website isn't just beautiful, but strategically supports your business goals.
The overall timeline depends on how far in advance you book your project slot, the scope of your project and how much content needs to be created.
For the best results, I recommend starting the process at least 2-3 months before your desired launch date. This gives us time to prepare everything ahead of time.

What platform do you use to build websites?
I create websites exclusively on Squarespace. It's the perfect platform for busy moms running their own businesses — reliable, secure, and designed with simplicity in mind. You'll be able to easily update text, add new content, or change images without any technical knowledge, fitting website updates seamlessly into your busy schedule.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
To hit the ground running, you'll need your brand elements (logo, colour palette, fonts, and any existing brand graphics), imagery, and a general idea of your content. Don't worry if everything isn't perfect - I provide templates and guidance to help you prepare. I also offer an add-on service to help source the perfect stock images that align with your brand if you need support with imagery.
Will I be able to update my website myself?
Yes! You'll receive video tutorials and a guide showing you how to make common updates. Plus, we'll have a one-on-one training session before launch where I'll walk you through everything you need to know about managing your new website. You'll feel completely comfortable making updates before we wrap up.
Do you help with SEO?
Yes! Your website will be built following SEO best practices, with both technical and on-page optimisation included. Plus, I'll provide guidance on how to optimise your content to help boost your visibility in search results.
Do you work with international clients?
Absolutely! I am based in Hong Kong and most of my clients are located in different countries. The internet knows no border :) I have systems in place to ensure smooth collaboration with international clients, from easy payment options to video-conferencing tools for catch-ups. I'm also very mindful of time zones and always strive to find a time that works for both of us.
